Welcome to All About Therapy’s very first in-person clinic space on Millbrook Road! Designed specifically for children from birth to age 17, our North Raleigh clinic offers a dedicated, sensory-friendly environment where pediatric speech and occupational therapists help your child build confidence, gain independence, and reach meaningful milestones.

Conveniently Located in North Raleigh

Situated on West Millbrook Road between Six Forks Road and Creedmoor Road, our clinic is easily accessible for families across North Raleigh, Midtown, and the wider Triangle. Located near established family communities like North Hills, Lead Mine, and Lake Lynn, our central location makes it easy to fit therapy sessions into your daily school, preschool, or family routine.

Directions Guide:

From I-440 (Raleigh Beltline): Take Exit 8B for Six Forks Road North. Continue on Six Forks Rd for approximately 2 miles, turn left onto W. Millbrook Road, and our office complex will be on your right.

From I-540 (Northern Wake Expressway): Take Exit 9 for Creedmoor Road (NC-50 South). Travel south on Creedmoor Rd for 3.5 miles, turn left onto W. Millbrook Road, and proceed 1 mile to our office on the left.

Parking & Accessibility: Ample ground-level parking is available directly in front of the building, providing flat, easy access for strollers and children of all mobility levels.

While travel therapy remains a core part of what we do, our Millbrook Road office is currently our exclusive destination for families seeking in-clinic speech and occupational therapy sessions.

Our flagship clinic is centrally located on Millbrook Road, and we warmly welcome families from down the street and throughout Wake County. Our office provides an accessible, stress-free destination for in-clinic care.
