Occupational Therapy Gym

Fine Motor Skills
Though they are small muscles, fine motor skills are immensely important. Our occupational therapy services train your child’s fine motor skills by working with the small muscles in the hands and wrists to assist with functional, everyday tasks, such as picking up small objects, handwriting, and fastening clothing.
Visual Motor Skills
All About Therapy’s clinical team is specialized in enhancing the ability to control hand movement guided by vision such as grabbing, handwriting, scribbling, and drawing, as well as imitating vertical, horizontal, or circular strokes, and effectively sorting objects.
Sensory Processing and Integration
Our team of experts can work with how your child receives, organizes and responds to sensory input. These senses include sight, hearing, smell, taste, touch, vestibular (movement and balance), and proprioception (body awareness and bodily force).
Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
We will work with you and your family to empower your child by developing functional daily living skills such as appropriate playing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and sleeping. Increasing your child’s physical and mental independence to empower them for life.

1. Reach Out
If you’re ready to sign your child up for occupational therapy or speech therapy in North Carolina, you can complete the first step of filling out our Get Started form with your information. If you have questions give us a call at 919-752-4525 .
2. Setup Services
Review and verify your insurance coverage for services (We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, & Medicaid). Arrange the best days and times for your child’s therapy services at our Raleigh clinic.
3. Therapy Starts
Your licensed OT will reach out to you for initial discussions about your child, and their individual needs. Each therapy session includes hands-on support and careful progress tracking to make sure your child is moving toward their milestones.
