Brianna, OT/L
Occupational Therapist
Brianna is a compassionate occupational therapist who is passionate about helping children develop the skills and confidence needed to thrive in their everyday lives. Through her pediatric experience, she gained experience providing play-based, family-centered care to children with a variety of developmental needs. Brianna is dedicated to helping children build independence while partnering with families to support meaningful progress.
Brianna earned her Master of Occupational Therapy from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania. While attending graduate school, she knew she wanted to begin her career in North Carolina, drawn to the opportunity to serve children and families in a growing community while enjoying everything the state has to offer. She has always been passionate about working with children and their families, with the goal of helping each child reach their fullest potential and make meaningful progress in their everyday lives.
Brianna has experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, developmental delays, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental and neurological conditions. She developed individualized, client-centered, and play-based interventions tailored to each child’s unique strengths, interests, and goals. Brianna also collaborated closely with occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, educators, and families to promote participation and independence in school-based activities and daily routines. She is committed to creating a supportive, engaging environment where children feel empowered to learn, grow, and succeed while building meaningful relationships with the families she serves.
Outside of the clinic, Brianna enjoys expressing her creativity through painting, getting lost in a good book, and staying active through regular workouts. She also loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s exploring new hiking trails, relaxing at the beach, or enjoying North Carolina’s beautiful scenery. In her free time, she values making memories with family and friends and believes maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life allows her to bring energy, creativity, and positivity to the children and families she serves.
